DESCRIPTION:Comments are being accepted on a proposed change to the regional transportation improvement program (TIP)\, the budget of transportation projects in Ada and Canyon Counties. \nThe City of Nampa requested to increase the construction costs on an intersection improvement project at Northside Boulevard and Karcher Road by almost $4.6 million to cover the final engineer’s estimate.
