Mutual grants of non–exclusive rights to use existing and future fiber optic network and system:
* The right to access conduit system where fiber optics are run
* The right to access ACHD's real–time ATMS
* The sharing of fibers in multi–fiber cable
* The sharing of existing and future conduit network, junction boxes, splice vaults, and HUB buildings and cabinets
* The right to access splice points for the purpose of connecting to existing fiber optic cables
* Sharing same fiber strand using network communication equipment when and if such technology exists
* The other rights of use set forth in this agreement
