To request the installation of equipment included in the COMPASS Automated Counter Equipment Library, please complete the form below. Requests will be followed up within five days of receipt. Portable counters are not available from November 15 – February 28/29 each year. Installation request forms may still be submitted during this frame for installation at a later date.

Prior to installation I will inform any affected groups about the equipment to minimize concerns about unknown devices. These may include, but are not limited to, police departments, neighborhoods, highway districts, canal companies, maintenance crews, and private property owners.

I understand counter requests require a minimum of 10-business days notice from the time of installation.

I understand data collected will be available to members and the public when requested.
