Development Monitoring Report

The annual Development Monitoring Report contains an overview of development activity using building permit information collected from city and county jurisdictions in the Treasure Valley. The reports reflect the most frequently requested information. Building permits are tabulated at several levels of geography and geocoded, allowing for maps and detailed analyses of specific geographical areas upon request.

Older reports, dating back to 2000, can be found on the COMPASS Reports (2018 and newer) and Reports Archives (2017 and older) web pages.
