Request for Proposal – Government Affairs

COMPASS is seeking a consultant to represent COMPASS’ interest and provide government affairs support with the federal and State of Idaho executive, legislative and administrative branches of government.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) (PDF) includes the scope of services and submittal instructions. Responses are due by 5:00 pm MDT on Tuesday September 15, 2026. No late submissions will be accepted. Please see RFP document for complete details. Questions may be submitted via email until September 8, 2026.

Consultant

COMPASS periodically seeks consultants and maintains a registry of consultants. COMPASS may mail notices to consultants with expertise in the desired areas. A registration form can be downloaded here;

The consulting list is a convenience for COMPASS and does not imply any pre-qualification of or preference for any firms on the list. The process for selecting a consultant is specified in the COMPASS Financial Policy (PDF).
