COMPASS is seeking a qualified consultant to provide editing, graphics, and design support for the development of Communities in Motion 2055, the regional long-range transportation plan for Ada and Canyon Counties, Idaho. This will be an update to the current online plan, which can be found at https://cim2050.compassidaho.org/.

The Request For Proposal (RFP) includes the project description, scope of services and submittal instructions.  Appendix A, Sample Agreement is provided here as a separate document. Responses are due by 5:00 pm MDT on Friday July 12,  2024.  No late submissions will be accepted.  Please see RFP document for complete details. Questions may be submitted via email until July 2, 2024.

Request for Proposal

COMPASS is seeking a qualified consultant to enhance the capability of the mode choice step of the regional travel demand forecast model for long-range planning and evaluation of additional transit modes. The primary goal of this project is to develop and test mode-specific constants and coefficients within the existing nested logit structure of the model for long-range planning and evaluation for currently available transit modes and those that do not currently exist in the region.
