COMPASS 2026 Education Series: Case Study: Funding Phoenix’s Transportation Journey

This professional-focused presentation will provide a technical exploration of the pitfalls and obstacles involved in providing regional funding for a 20-year transportation plan in a large and rapidly growing metro area. The presentation will focus on high-level fiscal planning and how that translates into projects on the ground and lessons learned in implementing such a complex undertaking.
