- Topic: The change would remove three projects, two in the City of Nampa and one to collect data for COMPASS’ planning needs, and add a project for the City of Nampa.
- Amendment #5 to the FY2025-2031 Transportation Improvement Program

- Public Comment Period: March 24 – April 7, 2025
- Topic: The changes would increase funding for two projects on State Highway 16; however, there are no changes to the work planned for the projects.
- Amendment #6 to Communities in Motion 2050 (CIM 2050), the regional long-range transportation plan, and Amendment #4 to the FY2025-2031 Regional Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), the budget of transportation projects.

- Public Comment Period: March 3 – March 17, 2025
- Topic: The proposed amendment would add a project to CIM 2050 to widen State Highway 69 (Meridian Road) between Columbia Road in the City of Kuna and Victory Road in the City of Meridian through an agreement with a private developer. The changes to the TIP include proposals to increase funding for the State Highway 16 project between Ustick Road and US 20/26 and delay the railroad crossing project at South Cole Road. Additionally, the proposal would add the State Highway 69 project noted above, along with four additional new projects
