Comment now on Ten Mile Road Interchange Scope Change and 5th St. Maintenance Improvements!
April 6 - April 16
Public Comment Period Now Open: March 24 – April 7, 2025
Comments are being accepted on proposed modifications to transportation projects in Ada and Canyon Counties.
The changes would expand an existing pavement restoration project to include ramp improvements at the Ten Mile Road Interchange in Meridian, in addition to planned work on interstate ramps at Franklin Road (Boise) and Garrity Boulevard (Nampa). This work focuses on restoring ramp surfaces using a mill-and-inlay treatment to improve ride quality and extend pavement life.
The proposal also adds a new project to design pavement maintenance improvements on 5th Street between Front Street and Jefferson Street in Boise, with construction anticipated in a future phase.
These updates are part of a proposed modification to the regional transportation improvement program (TIP), the budget of transportation projects in Ada and Canyon Counties.
